Does the 8bottle have a warranty?
8bottle offers a 90 day limited warranty on all bottles purchased from www.8bottle.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component, physical damages are not covered. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund or issue a new item. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle.
What is 8bottle's return and exchange policy?
8bottle will accept returns of any unopened and unused 8bottle product (excluding charging cables and add-on items) in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to info@8bottle.com, and our Customer Support team will assist you with the return process.
If a product is returned opened, used, or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. 8bottle will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
