Does the 8bottle have warranty?
8bottle offers a 90 day limited warranty on all bottles purchased from www.8bottle.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component, physical damages are not covered. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund or issue a new item. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle.
What is 8bottle's return & exchange policy?
8bottle would accept returns of any unused 8bottle product (excluding charging cables and add on items) in its original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Please reach out to info@8bottle.com and our Customer Support team will assist you with the return process.
If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. 8bottle will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
